Maisoné Return & Refund Policy
🗓️ Return Timeframe
We want you to love your Maisoné pieces, but if something doesn’t work for your space, we accept returns within 30 days of your order being delivered. Requests made outside this window may not be eligible for return consideration.
💳 Refunds & Store Credit
Maisoné does not issue cash or card refunds.
Instead, eligible returns will be processed as store credit, which can be used across our full collection and has no expiry date. This allows you to select something else that fits your space perfectly, at your own pace.
📦 Return Conditions
To be eligible for store credit, items must be:
unused, original condition
all original packaging, tags, and hardware
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or incur a restocking fee.
🚚 Return Shipping & Logistics
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You may return your item in one of two ways:
back to our Gold Coast warehouse via a courier of your choice (tracking and insurance strongly recommended).
at our Gold Coast warehouse by appointment.
We do not provide return labels or cover courier fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable and not included in store credit.
🛠️ Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:
We will assess the situation and offer one of the following based on availability and severity:
replacement item
repair solution
partial or full store credit
We take quality seriously and will work with you to make it right.
⚠️ Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
assembled, used, damaged, or altered
Please check product descriptions carefully before purchasing, especially for sizing and custom finishes.
🔁 How to Initiate a Return

🏷️ Store Credit Information
Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, your store credit will be issued via email within 3–5 business days. It will be available for use immediately and does not expire.
